Clinic Etiquette

London Laser believes in maintaining a safe, friendly, and quiet environment for both our clients and staff. As a courtesy to other guests, please maintain a quiet level of conversation in the clinic. Additionally, we ask that all guests silence their cell phones during each visit to the clinic.

Please remember that all London Laser staff are experienced professionals here to provide you with the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. Ā It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment.

We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.

Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointmentĀ without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill thatĀ appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunityĀ to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will be applied to your card or alternatively billed out to you:

Appointment Cancellations

In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please call us at (519) 641-3100 or email us at [email protected] by 2:00 p.m. on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 p.m. on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $50 for the missed appointment. Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

Note: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so your therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

As a courtesy, the clinic sends appointment reminders via email for all scheduled appointments. If you do not receive an appointment reminder, you are still responsible for arriving on time for your scheduled appointment. A telephone or email appointment reminder is not guaranteed, nor does a lack of one signify a void in ourĀ appointment cancellation policy.

No Show/Late Arrival Policy

A ā€œno-showā€, is a patient who misses an appointment without cancelling it. A failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment will be recorded in the patient’s chart as a ā€œno-showā€ and a $50 charge applies. This includes arriving 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment. If a patient is more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment will need to be rescheduled and may be charged a missed appointment fee.Ā Ā After the second occurrence the patient must prepay for scheduled services.

Prepaid Package Deals

Patients who have prepaid for package deals who are no-shows for their scheduled appointments will automatically forfeit that appointment.

Payment Policy

Payment for all individual treatments is due at the time of treatment and all packages must be paid in full at the time of the first treatment. We do not offer financing or payment plans. We do offer Medicard, and you can apply online before your visit or treatment. Because our practice is limited to elective wellness and aesthetic medicine, we do not bill insurance. All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and London Laser gift cards. We do not accept cheques.

Refunds

Services

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. If you no longer wish to complete a package series, any remaining funds may be transferred towards another service. No cash or charge refunds will be given.

Products

Unopened products may be returned within 10 days of purchase with receipt.Ā  Gift certificates are non-refundable. Products may be returned for in-store credit within 7 days from the date of purchase when there is a documented allergic reaction to the product. Defective products (i.e., a broken pump) may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase for the same product only.

Prices & Promotions

We are committed to continuously expanding our services to ensure we bring you the latest and greatest technology. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated accordingly, please note that prices, services, and products are subject to change at any time without notice. Special offers and discounts may not be combined. When presented with more than one discount opportunity, we will automatically give patients the discount of greater value at the time of purchase.

Provider Requests

We respect that you want to be seen by a specific provider, but we may not always be able to meet special requests due to illness and unforeseen schedule changes. .

Children & Guests

Our patients’ safety is our primary concern. Our treatment rooms contain expensive, high powered equipment. To ensure a safe and successful experience, our policy does not permit anyone but the client in any treatment room.
